| 1. | The permission relates to the existing field shelters located within the south-western corner of the site as shown in the red line area of the OS site location plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 11th January 2018 the revised plan. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The use of the land hereby permitted shall relate to private equestrian purposes only and shall not be used in connection with any trade or business, including hiring of horses, livery stables or as a riding school. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the area and the visual amenities of the surrounding countryside. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies CS9 and CS11 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy. |
