| 1. | This permission expires on 17th November 2020 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of consent and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the display of the advertisements shall be discontinued and the adverts, and all associated structures, shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the site and to ensure that the site is not used for the display of advertisements indefinitely. |
| 2. | No part of the proposed sign or its foundations shall overhang or encroach upon the highway.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interest of highway safety. |
| 3. | The proposed sign shall be finished and thereafter retained in non-reflective materials.
The reason for the condition is :-
To avoid undue distraction to motorists and to avoid possible resemblance to and confusion with bona-fide road signs. |
| 4. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted drawing, pictures and forms received by the Local Planning Authority on the 6th December 2017.
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteriaset out in Policy BNV22 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
