| 1. | The holiday units shall be occupied in accordance with the criteria below to ensure that they remain in holiday occupancy and are not used as permanent residential dwellings: 1. The holiday units shall be occupied for holiday purposes only; 2. The holiday units shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence; and 3. The owners/operators shall maintain an up to date register of the names of all holiday guests of individual units on the site and of their main home addresses and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- The holiday units are of a size that to occupy them as permanent residential units would be contrary to local and national planning policy and would provide substandard units of accommodation to the detriment of future occupiers and to ensure that the units are not utilised as permanent residential dwellings in compliance with saved policy TR16 of the Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 2. | This permission varies condition 3 of planning permission 06/17/0328/F only. All other conditions of the permission 06/17/0328/F are to be complied with fully. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The condition is varied but restricts the use in accordance with saved policy TR16 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
