1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the application forms and drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st November 2017. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Windows 9 to 12, as shown on the approved drawings, shall not be installed until details of the method to be used to restore the window openings to their original size (using soft red bricks and lime mortar) and replacement cills have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The repairs shall be carried out in accordance with the approved specification prior to the fitting of the windows. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the window openings are restored to their original condition as the brickwork to the reveals was damaged when the replacement windows were installed.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the requirements of Policy CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy.
5.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
