| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan and forms received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th November 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 3. | The windows to the north and south elevations of the dormer windows shall be obscure glazed prior to the occupation of the extension hereby permitted. The obscure glaze shall remain in perpetuity.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interest of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby dwellings. |
| 4. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:-
07:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
08:00 to 13:00 Saturday
and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
(These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property)

| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |

The applicant is advised that the site will potentially generate dust during the construction process; therefore the following measures should be employed:-
And adequate supply of water should be available foe supressing dust.
Mechanical cutting equipment with integral dust suppression should be used.
There shall be no burning of any materials on site.
The instillation of the wood burner should be undertaken by a HETAS registered engineer or be passed by a building control officer. |
