| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd January 2017. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the existing glazing and details included in the application within 3 months of the date of this permission all windows in the eastern elevation of the conservatory hereby approved shall be finished internally with an obscure glazing film which renders all windows in the eastern elevation obscured. The obscure glazing film shall be retained thereafter in perpetuity unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To protect the amenity and privacy of the neighbouring resident to the East. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
