| 2. | The dwelling shall not be occupied until the vehicular access and parking area have both been provided in accordance with the details shown on drawing no. SPK230216/2A Rev. A. The parking area shall thereafter be retained for that specific use.

| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy HOU7 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan and Policies CS1 and CS9 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy. |
