| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on 24 October 2017 and the revised plan (drawing reference: 1248/1 Rev B) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 15 December 2017. The finished floor levels, materials and boundary treatments shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plan

| 3. | Construction work shall not take place outside the following hours:-
08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
08:30 to 13:30 Saturday
and no work shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
(These hours shall only apply to work generating noise that is audible at the boundary of the nearest noise sensitive property)
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |

The proposal meets the criteria outlined in saved policies HOU7 and HOU17 of the Borough Wide Local Plan and policies CS2, CS3 and CS9 of the adopted Core Strategy. |
