| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the planning application forms received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd October 2017 and the revised drawing no. 1224/1 Rev. B received on 27th November 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 3. | The window to the east side of the new living room and the window and door to the utility room on the west side of the extension hereby permitted shall be fitted with obscure glass prior to the extension being brought into use and shall remain as such thereafter.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjoining dwellings. |
| 4. | The extension shall be of single storey construction and notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning, (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no dormer windows or other openings to the roof space (except those shown on the approved drawing) shall be provided without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.

In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent dwellings. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
