| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans reference Drawing no. PP003 and forms received by the Local Planning Authority on the 5th October 2017 and the revised plan Drawing no.PP002 Rev A received by the Local Planning Authority on the 25th October 2017. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The outbuilding hereby approved shall be used for purposes incidental to the dwelling house known as 55 Staithe Road Martham only. No business use, letting or hire of the unit may be carried out at any time. The reason for the condition is :- No business use was applied for and as such the application has been assessed as an outbuilding which is incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
