| 1. | This permission expires on 15 November 2022 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the container hereby approved shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the container which is of limited visual value in a countryside location in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form, container specification and approved plan (drawing reference: CUK_NVST_03.1 and D12_1779_12) received by the Local Planning Authority on 29 September 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The storage container hereby approved shall only be used in association with the solar farm and should the solar farm cease operating the storage container shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
The container which is a visual detraction from the landscape is allowed as it performs a specific function only. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria outlined in saved policy CS11 of the adopted Core Strategy. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
