1.The property shall be used for holiday purposes only and shall not be used as permanent residential accomodation or occupied as a persons sole or main place of residence. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the property is not used as permanent residential accommodation.
2.The holiday accommodation shall not be occupied by any individual or family group for a period in excess of 28 days in any 12 month period. The owners/operators of the property shall maintain an up to date register of the names of all the occupiers of the property, and their main home addresses, and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the retention of a holiday use within a primary holiday accomodation area and to ensure against permanent and continuous use of a property in an area unintended for such a purpose.
3.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policy CS8 of the adopted Core Strategy.
4.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
5.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- This permission varies the conditions attached to planning permission 06/06/1079/F and 06/03/1094/F only and varies no other conditions attached to the property.
