| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the planning application and drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd August 2017.

| 3. | The use hereby permitted shall not be open to the public outside the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 1pm Sunday.

| 4. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 1987 and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any Orders revoking or re-enacting those Orders) the building shall only be used for purposes in connection with the preparation of food for catering with ancillary sales to the public. The building shall not be used for the consumption of food on the premises (Class A3 of the Use Classes Order) or as a hot food takeaway within the meaning of Class A5 of the Order.

| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal conforms with the aims of Policy CS6 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy and saved Policy EMP18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
