| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans (Dwg.no 7843 01, 7843 03) received by the Local Planning Authority on 23rd August 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Not more than 8 caravans shall be stationed within the application site at any one time.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect the character and appearance of the area. |
| 4. | Prior to occupation of the caravans within the application site, the proposed new landscaping shown on drawing no.7843 01 shall be planted.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenity of the locality. |
| 5. | The caravans shall only be used for holiday purposes and may only be occupied during the period from 1st March to 31st December in any year and for 10 days before and 10 days after Christmas and at weekends (noon on Fridays to noon on the following Monday) during November and December in any year.
The reason for the condition is:-
The application site is within a Prime Holiday Site where the Local Planning Authority intend that new dwellings whether a permanent or a temporary nature will only be used for holiday accommodation. |
| 6. | The accommodation units shall be used for holiday purposes only and no unit shall be occupied for more than 28 days at any one time without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
The site is located outside any area allocated in the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan 2001 for permanent residential development and permanent occupation would therefore be contrary to Policy HOU10 of the plan. |
| 7. | Unless otherwise submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority no works, including demolition and construction, or deliveries shall take place at the site outside of the following hours
Mon-Fri - 07:30 - 18:00
Saturday - 08:00 - 13:00
No Works on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents. |
| 8. | Unless otherwise submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority all demolition and construction works traffic shall be accessed by the main entrance as indicated in red on drawing 7843 03 received as part of the application on 23rd August 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents and to ensure highway safety. |
| 9. | Unless otherwise submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority all future vehicular traffic associated with the hereby approved 8 caravans shall access the site by way of the main entrance as indicated in red on drawing 7843 03 received as part of the application on 23rd August 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-
To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents and to ensure highway safety. |
| 10. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of policy CS 8 Promoting tourism, leisure and culture of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy (2015) |
