| 1. | The building hereby approved for retention shall be used for a purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house known as Willow Tree Farm, Tretts Lane, Fleggburgh NR29 3AT. The building may not be let, used, occupied or sold separately from the building known as Willow Tree Farm Tretts Lane, Fleggburgh NR29 3AT without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the building is not utilised as a separate entity away from the dwelling. |
| 2. | The building hereby approved for retention shall at no time be used as primary living accommodation or overnight accommodation.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the building remains incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
