| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th November 2017.
The reason for the condition is :-

| 2. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted a 2.4 metre wide parallel visibility splay (as measured back from the near edge of the adjacent highway carriageway) shall be provided across the whole of the site's roadside frontage (Arundel Road). The parallel visibility splay shall thereafter be maintained at all times free from any obstruction 1.05 metres above the level of the adjacent highway carriageway.

| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in saved Policy HOU18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:-
The current unauthorised fence position infringes upon the visibility splay from the service road to the South of the site. The Local Planning Authority will seek to take further enforcement action if the fence layout as hereby approved is not implemented. A site check will be made following 1 Calendar month of this decision notice. If at this point the fence has not been re-positioned the Council will take proportionate enforcement action. |
