1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 24th July 2017 reference 1684.2 F, 1684.3 B and 1684.7 A and the forms received 3rd May 2017 The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the erection of the outdoor television as shown on the approved plan 1684.2 F details of the fixings shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure a satisfactory form of development.
4.Prior to the erection of the outdoor television as shown on the approved plan 1684.2 F details of the proposed maximum volume shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Environmental Health Department. The noise level shall not exceed that approved. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure a satisfactory form of development.
5.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Borough Councils Conservation Officer is to be afforded access at all reasonable hours to inspect the site and the works that are proposed to be carried out.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
7.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Core Strategy.
