| 1. | Notwithstanding the details submitted within 2 months of the planning permission hereby granted a design and colour scheme for painting the exterior of the rollershutter shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The approved painting scheme shall have been implemented within 6 months of the date of this permission being granted. The painting of the roller shutter shall be carried out using the agreed materials and maintained thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria for alterations and extensions to buildings set out in saved Policy BNV18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
