| 3. | The holiday unit hereby permitted shall not be occupied by an individual or family group for more than a single period of more than four weeks at any one time.

| 4. | The owner of the site shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names and home addresses of all of the occupiers of the holiday unit and shall make this available at all reasonable times for inspection by the Local Planning Authority.

| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the requirements of Policy CS8 of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan: Core Strategy and saved Policy TR16 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
