1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan (dr.no.857/1) received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th September 2016. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The materials shall match exactly the type and colour of the facing bricks and roof tiles as used in the existing building unless otherwise approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of these materials have not been submitted.
4.The glazing in the proposed window at first floor level in the southern side elevation shall be obscure glazed.The obscure glazing shall be retained thereafter unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria as set out in policy CS 9 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Local Plan Core Strategy and saved policy HOU18 of the 2001 Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
