| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the application forms & drawing no's. PL001 and PL002 received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th September 2016.

| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |

This development involves a sign that may affect the public highway. The applicant should note that Norfolk County Council as Highway Authority reserves the right under the general provisions of Common Law and Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 to seek the removal of any sign causing an obstruction or nuisance, or which obscures or hinders the ready interpretation of a road traffic sign. |
