| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans a received by the Local Planning Authority on 8th November 2016.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the details as set out in the letter dated 19th January 2017 from the Benjamin Foundation, the number of enrolled pupils, or pupils present on site shall not exceed a maximum of 24 pupils, unless the prior written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the impact upon local highway network, and the amenity of neighbouring residents can be assessed and controlled if required. |
| 4. | No works shall commence on site until a scheme for the parking of cycles has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be fully implemented before the development is first occupied or brought into use and thereafter retained for this purpose.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the provision of adequate cycle parking that meets the needs of occupiers of the proposed development and in the interests of encouraging the use of sustainable modes of transport. |
| 5. | Prior to the commencement of the development, a flood response plan shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. This flood response plan, including information regarding the availability of the Environment Agency's "Floodline Warnings Direct" flood warning scheme, shall be made available to future occupiers of the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
In accordance with the recommendations of the flood risk assessment, to minimise the risk to the occupants in the event of flooding. |
| 6. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 7. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria as set out in Adopted Policy CS15 (Providing and protecting community assets and
green infrastructure) of the Great Yarmouth Local Plan - Core Strategy. |
