| 1. | This permission expires on the 7th November 2018 and unless on or before this date application has
been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local
Planning Authority the use hereby approved shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The occupation of the units of accommodation shall be limited to persons solely or mainly working in the locality in agriculture during the period from 1st March to 30th November in any year. The units accommodation may be occupied by agricultural workers or non agricultural workers between the 1st December to the 31st December only.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure that the proposed use is carried out in the manner anticipated by the Local Planning Authority. |
| 3. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted details of the transport arrangements for the non agricultural workers shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Details shall include the times of pick ups and drop offs and locations of pick up and drop off points.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the amenity of the nearby residents. |
| 4. | A maximum of 100 individuals may reside on the site in accordance with the conditions above between the 1st March and the 1st April and the 1st December and the 31st December.
The reason for the condition is :-
To asses the effect of the extension of time whilst protecting the amenities of the area. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
