If Japanese Knotweed is confirmed, full details of a scheme for its eradication and/or control shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with Environment Health, prior to the commencement of any works on site. The approved scheme shall be implemented prior to the commencement of, and maintained during, any works on site.
The reason for the condition is :-
