| 1. | Condition 2 states -
No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted.
The Council's Conservation Officer has confirmed the details are acceptable and this condition is discharged. |
| 2. | Condition 5
A) No development shall take place until an archaeological written scheme of investigation has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority in writing. The scheme shall include an assessment of significance and research questions; and 1) The programme and methodology of site investigation and recording
2) The programme for post investigation assessment
3) Provision to be made for analysis of the site investigation and recording
4) Provision to be made for publication and dissemination of the analysis and records of the site investigation
5) Provision to be made for archive deposition of the analysis and records of the site investigation,
and;
6) Nomination of a competent person or persons/organization to undertake the works set out within the written scheme of investigation.
and;
B) No development shall take place other than in accordance with the written scheme of investigation approved under condition A (above).
and;
C) The development shall not be occupied until the site investigation and post investigation assessment has been completed in accordance with the programme set out in the archaeological written scheme of investigation approved under condition A and the provision to be made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results and archive deposition has been secured. Norfolk County Council Historic Environment Service will issue a brief for the programme of archaeological work when required.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that any historical finds are preserved or recorded.
The details submitted are required under Part A of this condition and officers consider this acceptable. Accordingly, this condition is discharged in part. |
| 3. | Condition 16 states -
No development shall take place until precise details of the means of surface water disposal have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details as agreed.
The reason for the condition is :-
To minimise the possibilities of flooding
Details submitted indicating drainage to soakaways are of sufficient for officers to consider the acceptable and as such this condition is discharged. |
| 4. | Condition 17 states -
Before the development is commenced a scheme of planting and landscaping shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority and the planting of trees and shrubs shall be carried out in accordance with the scheme as approved within of the approval. Any trees and shrubs so planted which dies within 3 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicants or their successors in title.

To enhance the visual amenities of the locality
The Council's Aboriculturalist confirmed the details submitted are acceptable and as such this condition is discharged. |
