| 1. | No use of the development hereby permitted shall occur between the hours of 23:00 hours and 06:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the amenities of local residents. |
| 2. | Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority the level of noise emitted from the site shall not exceed 35dBA between 23:00 hours and 06:00 hours and 47dBA between 06:00 hours and 23:00 hours. The noise levels shall be determined by measurement or calculation at the nearest noise sensitive premises. The measurements and assessments shall be made according to BS4142.
The reason for the condition is :-
To maintain the existing amenities of adjacent occupiers and in accordance with the acoustic report submitted with the original planning application. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposed extended opening time is considered acceptable in this area. |
