1.	The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details submitted to the local planning authority on 23 May 2016 Drawing Nos. 415/1Q, H-02 Plot 38 and 39; this permission is applicable to a variation of condition 2 of planning permission 06/96/0854/F only in as far as it relates to the variation hereby approved and in all other respects the conditions set out in planning permission 06/96/0854/F remain unaltered by this grant of planning permission . The reason for the condition is :- For clarification and in accordance with the terms of the application.
2.	STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
