| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans (reference F.436.W12 rev C / 12.04.2016, F.436.W14 rev D / 12.04.2016, F.436.W13 rev D / 12.04.2016, F.436.W15 rev C / 12.04.2016 and SKO70316), additional information and forms received by the Local Planning Authority on the 18th April 2016.

| 3. | The permission relates to the alteration to the windows as marked on the approved plans only. The location of the windows to be altered is identified on the approved plans (reference F.436.W12 rev C / 12.04.2016, F.436.W14 rev D / 12.04.2016, F.436.W13 rev D / 12.04.2016 and F.436.W15 rev C / 12.04.2016) and the number of windows to be replaced is limited to the number listed below:
14 Windows to the eastern elevation.
2 Windows to the southern elevation.
24 Windows to the northern elevation.
No windows to the western elevation are to be altered.

| 4. | The replacement windows hereby approved shall accord with the specification provided (reference Anglian windows specification plan SKO70316) only.

| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy CS10 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy. |
