| 1. | Prior to the occupation of the dwelling on the application site approved under application 06/13/0672/F the access shall be constructed in accordance with the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 28th April 2016. The proposed access and on-site car parking area shall be laid out in accordance with the approved plan and retained thereafter available for that specific use. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The permission is for the variation of condition 10 of application 06/13/0372/F in relation to the size of the dropped kerb being reduced from 8 metres to 3 metres only. All other conditions on planning permission 06/16/0285/F remain in force and are to be complied with. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring area, in the interests of highway safety and to ensure that the development is constructed in the manner assessed by the Local Authority. |
