| 1. | This permission expires on 31 December 2019 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extention to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the advert shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the development in the interests of the viusal amenities and preserving the character of the landscape. |
| 2. | The proposed sign shall be finished and thereafter retained in non-reflective materials. The reason for the condition is :- To avoid undue distraction to motorists and to avoid possible resemblance to and confusion with bona-fide road signs. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in saved policy BNV22 of the Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
