| 1. | This permission expires on 20 June 2021 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued and the table and chairs removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the site in the interests of visual amenity and the functioning of the promenade. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall not commence until details of the design and appearance of the portable screens have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the screens have not been submitted. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in saved policy TR24 of the Borough Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
