No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 07 March 2016. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Other than the windows on the approved plan received by the Local Planning Authority on the 07 March 2016 no other windows shall be inserted into the roof. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity of a property within a conservation area.
4.The accomodation hereby approved shall be used for holiday purposes only and not for permanent residential use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the rooms are not used as permanent residential accommodation within a pre-existing hotel in the Prime Commercial Holiday area as defined in the Borough Wide Local Plan.
5.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria outlined in policy TR11 from the saved Borough Wide Local Plan and policy CS8 and CS9 of the Core Strategy.
6.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
