1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the planning application forms and drawings received on 16th March 2016 and the revised drawing received by the Local Planning Authority on 4th May 2016.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
3. | The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mrs J Lobban and shall cease if she no longer occupies no. 57 Edinburgh Avenue.
The reason for this condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site. |
4. | The drop off and pick up of cats shall be on an appointment only basis and shall not take place outside the following hours:-
10am to 5pm on any day
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
5. | The number of cats kept at the cattery shall not exceed 6 at any time.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjoining dwellings. |
6. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted, space shall be provided within the site to enable a standard size family car to park for purposes associated with the cattery and shall be kept available for that specific use during the hours of operation permitted by condition 4 of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
7. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy EMP18 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
8. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
