1.This permission expires on the 11th May 2018 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued and all associated development removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plan, forms and accompanying information received by the Local Planning Authority on the 16th March 2016. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted details of a nearside passing bay (right hand turn land) on the A143 Beccles Road opposite to the site access shall be provided to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highways Authority. Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the passing bay shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details that shall form part of a legal agreement with Norfolk County Council. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety.
4.There are to be no open flames nor fires within the application site. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of safety.
5.The site is for the use of a maximum of 35 tents only; no camper caravans or motorised vehicles are to use or enter the site. The reason for the condition:- In the interests of the amenities of other users of the site.
6.The campsite hereby approved is for holiday use only and shall not be occupied by any person or family for more than 21 days in a calendar year. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of clarity.
7.No lighting other than that shown on the approved plan shall be installed at the site. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the amenities and character of the area.
8.No amplified music, recorded or live, is permitted to be played at the site. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the amenities and character of the area.
9.The use hereby approved shall not occur outside of the following months: March to October each year. The reason for the condition is:- In the interest of clarity.
10.Note: The applicant is advised that to discharge condition 3 of this planning permission via application to the Local Planning Authority in consultation with the Highways Authority they will need to have: a) submitted scheme of drawings to Norfolk County Council for approval and obtained approval of such drawings. b) accepted the works cost estimate and deposited appropriate monies to Norfolk County Council for the works; and c) signed the section 278 agreement in relation to the works.
11.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
12.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy CS6 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy.
