| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on the 17th February 2016.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure an appropriate form of development. |
| 3. | No widows, other than the one noted on the plan reference 2444-02 received by the local planning authority on the 17th February 2016 shall be removed or replaced by virtue of this planning permission without first obtaining written consent from the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to protect the historic fabric of the building. |
| 4. | Prior to the occupation of any of the units hereby permitted the bin area shall be provided in accordance with the details submitted on the approved plan reference 2444-02 received by the local planning authority on the 17th February 2016. The bin area shall remain available for this use in perpetuity.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure that adequate bin storage is provided. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy CS10 of the Great Yarmouth Core Strategy and saved policy HOU17 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan. |
