| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the application forms, signage details and drawing no's. 1805 PDO1, GSSD-120, GSSD-125-a and GSSD-126 received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd February 2016.

| 2. | The level of illumination of the illuminated signs shall not at any time exceed 250 cd/m2. No part of the source of the illumination shall be directly visible to users of the adjacent public highway.

| 7. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria of saved Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
