| 1. | The sign shall conform to the details contained in the application forms and drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 8th December 2015. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The proposed sign shall be finished and thereafter retained in non-reflective materials. The reason for the condition is :- To avoid undue distraction to motorists and to avoid possible resemblance to and confusion with bona-fide road signs. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
