| 1. | This permission expires on 12th January 2017 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the hours of opening shall revert to those allowed under planning permission 06/13/0106/F. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the following times :- 08:00 to 23:00 Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 22:00 Sunday The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the adjoining dwellings. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policy SHP6 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
