| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the plans and forms received by the Local Planning Authority on the 10th November 2015.

| 2. | The velux windows hereby approved shall be obscure-glazed and all parts which are not over 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed and non-opening unless the parts of the window which can be opened are more than 1.7 metres above the floor of the room in which the window is installed.
