| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised drawings no's 9-6-14/1/A REV. A and 9-6-14/5/A REV. A received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th September 2015. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The alterations are minor amendments that will not cause any harm to the amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
