| 1. | This permission expires on 30th November 2016 and, unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, use of the go kart track between the hours of 17:00pm - 21:00pm shall be discontinued after this date.
The reason for the condition is :-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The use of the land for the operation of go-karts shall not take place outside the following hours:-
09:30 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday and;
10:30 to 15:30 on Sundays
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of properties within the locality.

| 3. | In the event of a justified noise complaint being received from the Council's Environmental Health department in relation to the use of the go karts, the applicant shall carry out a noise impact assessment and identify sufficient methods to reduce noise.

| 4. | During the extended hours of 17:00pm to 21:00pm, the use of the go kart track shall be restricted to a maximum of 2 go karts being operated at any one time.

| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 6. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal is considered to meet the criteria set out in Policy REC13 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan 2001. |
