1.The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 31st July 2015. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. The reason for the condition is :- To comply with the statutory provisions of the Advertisement Regulations.
4.No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to: a) Endanger persons using any highway. b) Obscure, or hinder the ready interpretation of any traffic sign. c) Hinder the operation of any device used for the purpose of security or surveillance or for measuring the speed of any vehicle. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
5.Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity.
6.Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity and highway safety.
7.When an advert is required under these regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity and public safety.
8.STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF.
9.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies BNV22 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
