| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form and approved plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 23 July 2015.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | Nothwithstanding the approved plans the shed marked as Timber Building (2) on the approved drawing reference P-001 received by the Local Planning Authority on the 23 July 2015 is granted temporary permission only which expires on the 06 May 2016 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extention to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the shed shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
The shed has a negative impact upon the character of St Mary's Road. Temporary permission is granted to allow for storage whilst renovation of the property is undertaken. |
| 3. | The sheds hereby permitted shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates.
The reason for this condtion is:-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 4. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria for domestic additions set out in Policy HOU18 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
| 5. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
