| 1. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 3rd August 2015. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2. | The external surfaces of the store and freezer hereby approved should not be clad until a sample of the proposed cladding has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The external surfaces of the store and freezer shall be clad using the agreed materials only. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
