| 1. | The tree planting scheme as detailed in the letter from Farmland Forestory and shown on drawing no. 2350/3 rev. F, received by the Local Planning Authority on 22nd July 2015, shall be carried out within 3 months of the date of this permission. Any tree which dies within 3 years shall be replaced within one year by the applicant or his successors in title. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- To ensure replacement tree planting is carried out. |
| 3. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
