| 1. | This permission expires on 30th June 2018 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality.

| 2. | No use of the development hereby permitted shall occur outside of the following hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday 08:30 - 13:30 Saturday No works shall take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the amenities of local residents.

| 3. | Outside of the existing buildings no materials shall be stored, no equipment situated and no business activities shall occur within 1.5 metres of the town wall. Barriers in accordance with the further information received by the Local Planning Authority on 16 September 2015 shall be erected within 1 month of the date of this permission 1.5 metres from the wall.
The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of protecting the wall from damage and providing adequate access.

| 4. | Within the existing workshop no material shall be stored and no equipment shall be situated within 1 metre of the town wall.
