| 1. | The development must be begun not later than three years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- The time limit condition is imposed in order to comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th June 2015. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | The annexe shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the property known as Tiptree and should not be occupied for the purposes of living accommodation by any persons not associated with this property. The reason for this condtion is:- In the interests of residential amenity, local character and impact upon highway safety. |
| 4. | This permission expires on 31st August 2018 and unless on or before this date an application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the annexe and to prevent permanent use of the annexe as a separate unit of living accommodation. |
