| 1. | This permission expires on the 5th May 2025 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The site shall only be used for car boot sales on:-
Wednesdays between the hours 08:00 and 14:00. No cars shall enter the site before 07:30.
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the use of the site takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
| 3. | The closed access shown on the submitted plans adjacent Willowcroft to the south of the site shall remain permanently closed.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the amenities of adjacent residents are not unduly disturbed. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
| 5. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the criteria set out in Policy SHP13 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Borough-wide Local Plan. |
