| 1. | The cafe/takeaway shall not be open to customers outside the hours of 7 am to 11 pm on any day. The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over the use of the premises and in the interests of the residential amenities of nearby residents. |
| 2. | This permission expires on 9th March 2016 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the opening hours shall revert to those approved under planning permission no. 06/94/0134/CU. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the aims of criteria (d) and (e) of Policy CS7 of the emerging core strategy of the Local Plan. |
| 4. | STATEMENT OF POSITIVE ENGAGEMENT: In dealing with this application Great Yarmouth Borough Council has actively sought to work with the applicant in a positive and proactive manner, in accordance with paragraphs 186 and 187 of the NPPF. |
