| 1. | The use hereby permitted shall only be carried on by Mr and Mrs Ellis. If the business ceases trading or if the premises (Eden House) are no longer occupied by Mr and Mrs Ellis the garage shall revert to private domestic use in connection with Eden House. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the use of the site in the interests of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies EMP18 and HOU19 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
